Moghrabieh Salad Jar
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation: 55 minutes
For 1 salad jar
Ingredients:
- 500g of moghrabieh
 - 2 slices of dried ham
 - 1 handful of red cabbage
 - 1 handful of kale
 - 1 tomato
 - 1 small cucumber
 - 1 small zucchini
 - 1 spring onion
 - 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
 - 2 tbsp of olive oil
 - 1 tbsp of vinegar
 - 1 pinch of salt and pepper
 
Preparation:
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the moghrabieh over low heat for 45 min and set aside to cool.
 - Slice the kale, red cabbage, tomato, cucumber and dry ham.
 - Using a peeler, slice the zucchini into thin strips.
 - Drizzle oil and a pinch of salt and pepper over the raw vegetables to soften them.
 - Mince the spring onion.
 - In a bowl, combine olive oil and vinegar. Set aside
 - In a salad jar, layer the ingredients starting from the bottom as such: moghrabieh, dried ham, raw vegetables, green onions, fresh thyme, and finally pour over the sauce.
