Tabbouleh - Bulgur with Kamouneh Mix

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 20 mins

For 4 people

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 3 bunches of flat-leaf parsley 
  • 1 small bunch of fresh mint 
  • 400g tomatoes 
  • 50g bulgur kamouneh mix
  • 2 spring onions 
  • 1 lemon juice 
  • 8cl olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste  

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Place the bulgur in a large bowl. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add them to the bulgur and pour over the lemon juice. 
  2. Peel and chop the onions. Add them to the bowl. 
  3. Rinse, dry, and finely chop the herbs. Add the remaining ingredients.  
  4. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix.
