
Tabbouleh - Bulgur with Kamouneh Mix

For 4 people
Ingredients:
- 3 bunches of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 small bunch of fresh mint
- 400g tomatoes
- 50g bulgur kamouneh mix
- 2 spring onions
- 1 lemon juice
- 8cl olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Place the bulgur in a large bowl. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add them to the bulgur and pour over the lemon juice.
- Peel and chop the onions. Add them to the bowl.
- Rinse, dry, and finely chop the herbs. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix.
