Goat Cheese, Fig, Honey & Zaatar Tartlets

Ingredients:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs
- 1 log of goat cheese
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 red onion
- 20 cl heavy cream (liquid)
- 1 tsp zaatar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
Ustensils:
- Small tartlet molds
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the pastry into the small tartlet molds.
- Blind bake the pastry for 10 minutes.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add the cream and whisk again.
- Add the sautéed onions to the mixture and pour into the tartlet shells.
- Slice the goat cheese log and the figs.
- Arrange the goat cheese and fig slices on the tartlets.
- Drizzle each tartlet with za'atar, honey, and a little olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve !
