Hummus Breakfast Bowl

For 1 person





  • ½ avocado
  • 1 egg 
  • 6 breadsticks 
  • 2 tbsps feta cheese 
  • 3 tbsps hummus
  • 1 pinch sumac




    1. In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the egg for 4 mins, then rinse under cold water. 
    2. Halve 1 avocado, remove skin and cut into thin slices, then roll up to form a flower. 
    3. Place the egg in an egg cup in the center of a soup plate, followed by the avocado, feta, hummus and breadsticks.
    4. Add a pinch of sumac.
