Chia Pudding with Rose Syrup, Red Fruits & Chocolate

For 1 person

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tsp rose syrup
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds
  • 2 squares chocolate

 

Preparation:

 

  1. In a bowl, pour the almond milk, rose syrup, and chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  2. Cut the strawberries into slices.
  3. When ready to serve, garnish the bowl with hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds, and add the raspberries, strawberries, and chocolate.
