Tahini and Carob Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 60g tahini
 - 40g carob molasses
 - 2 to 3 teaspoons of room-temperature water (if needed)
 
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the tahini and carob molasses.
 - If the mixture is too thick, gradually add 2 to 3 teaspoons of room-temperature water until you achieve a creamy, spreadable consistency.
 - Spread this homemade preparation on your crêpes, bread, or use it as a dip for fruits or pastries.
