Terroirs du Liban’s Signature Sangria
Preparation time: 2 h
For 4 glasses
- 500 ml white wine
- 1 peach
- 120 g white grapes
- 24 ml rose water
- 24 ml orange blossom water
- 80 cl peach syrup or cane sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Cut the peach into small cubes and the grapes into quarters.
- Place the cut fruit in a carafe and pour in the white wine, peach syrup or cane sugar syrup, rose water, and orange blossom water.
- Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with ice cubes
