Light Pancakes with Extra Fig Jam & Sesame

For 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 150g flour
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 baking powder sachet
- A pinch of salt
- Extra Fig Jam with Sesame
- A few sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs and honey, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking until the batter becomes smooth and even.
- Let the batter rest for 15 to 30 mins at room temperature.
- In a lightly oiled hot pan, pour a small ladle of batter. Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Stack the warm pancakes and generously top them with Terroirs du Liban Extra Fig Jam with Sesame Seeds.
- Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a delicate crunchy touch.
