Irish Coffee with Carob Molasses

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 10 mins 

For 1 person





  • 5 cl carob molasses
  • 5 cl whiskey
  • 10cl hot coffee
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 pinch cocoa




    1. In a glass, pour the carob molasses then add the whiskey. Mix with a small spoon and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.
    2. In another cup, prepare the coffee and pour it using a small spoon into the glass of carob molasses and whiskey.
    3. Add the whipped cream and sprinkle some cocoa.


    It's ready!
