How to use
Bitter oranges are slowly cooked in water and sugar to produce this thick flavorsome syrup. The bitter orange tree is an ornamental tree that grows in many regions in Lebanon; In Magdouche, a village in the south, we find the greatest concentration of bitter orange trees in Lebanon; in early spring, they fill the air with a marvelous scent. To serve, Mix 1 unit of syrup with 6 units of water or use as a topping for dairy desserts. Works as the ideal accompaniment with cakes and yogurts.
